Life After Caregiving workshop to be held March 23

Once your caregiving duties have finished, what will your life be like? Separating yourself from your caregiving identity, readjusting to a world around you and forming new relationships are an important part of reclaiming your life.

A workshop “Life After Caregiving” with Linda Barrett, an assistant professor of gerontology from Miami University, Ohio Department of Sociology and Gerontology will help you figure this out.

The workshop will be held from 8:30 a.m. to noon, March 23 at the University of Kentucky Wethington Building, Commons Room. A $15 registration free will include a continental breakfast. And a complimentary parking voucher for the UK Healthcare parking garage will be available to those without a UK employee parking permit.
