Seeking technology help, a card game or some exercise? The Charles Young Center is here to help.

The Senior Center at Charles Young offers a wide variety of classes for seniors. Here’s the center’s current schedule:

Bodies in Balance: Improve muscle tone and flexibility. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9:30–10:30 a.m.
Pickleball: Join in this fun doubles game. Played in the gymnasium with a Wiffleball and wooden paddles. Fridays, 11 a.m.
Line Dancing: (Beginners) Fun-filled class that is sure to keep you moving. Instructor: Tess Morton Wednesdays 11:15 a.m. – 12:05 p.m.
Jewelry Making Classes: Create your own jewelry from clay. No experience necessary. All materials and tools provided. Call the center to register. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 12:30 – 2:45 p.m.
Phase 10 and Spoons: Card games guaranteed to keep your mind engaged. See center personnel about game times.
Technology Help: Learn to navigate your tablet, phone or laptop. Call the Center to schedule an appointment. Assistance available on a one-on-one base. Mondays from 11 a.m.–12:30 p.m. These classes are held on the first and second Monday of each month. Please call the center to schedule.

The Senior Center at Charles Young Center is location at 540 E. Third St., Lexington. The center is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Call 859- 246-0281 for more information.
