As part of Older Americans Month for May 2019, the
University of Kentucky’s Sanders-Brown Center on Aging will be offering FREE confidential memory screenings at the Lexington Senior Center.
The screenings will take place from 9:30-11:30 a.m. May 16 and 30 in the consultation room (second floor) at the Lexington Senior Center, 195 Life Lane.
No registration is required.
What is a memory screening?
Our memory screens consist of a short test that looks at your thinking and memory abilities. The screening takes approximately 10 minutes.
You will also have the chance to discuss the services and research opportunities at the UK Sanders-Brown Center on Aging during this time.
Results from the screening allow the Sanders-Brown staff to suggest appropriate followup if needed.
