In the late stage of Alzheimer’s disease, care giving typically involves new ways of connecting and interacting with the person with the disease. Join us and hear from professionals about resources, monitoring care and providing meaningful connection for the person with late stage Alzheimer’s and their families.

Presenters will include guests from Bluegrass Care Navigators, Baptist Health, and the Alzheimer’s Association.

This program will be held from 1-4 p.m. August 30 at the Lexington Public Library, Tates Creek Branch, 3628 Walden Drive.
