Conference helps you live the next best years of your life
The Next Best Years of Your Life conference will be held Oct. 16 and participates are invited to learn about “Living the Good Life!”
In its 20th year, the conference, which will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., offers a day of discovery by challenging participants to learn, create and enjoy!
Presentation topics include how to keep your brain healthy no matter what age, travel, tips, caretaker guidance and fitness ideas.
The event will take place at the Fayette County Extension Office, 1140 Red Mile Place, Lexington. Call the office to register at 859-257-5582 or visit http://fayette.ca.uky.edu. Cost is $10 and includes lunch.
