If you or a loved one is newly diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, the Lexington Area Parkinson’s Support Group has a class for you.

PD-101 (Parkinson’s Disease 101) is being offered from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., April 1 at Crestwood Christian Church, 1882 Bellefonte Dr, Lexington, KY 40503.

The program is being presented by Adina Cook, Director of Outreach and Training with the Parkinson’s Support Center of Kentuckiana. The class is full of tips, suggestions, resources and techniques. Even if you have attended this class before, you are welcome back as Adina Cook always has new information.

This program and lunch are free of charge and no registration is necessary.

Persons with Parkinson’s and care partners are invited to attend.
