The Memory Café, a monthly social group providing a safe, comfortable environment where people with memory loss and their care partners can enjoy time together, will be held June 10.

Memory Cafes promote themselves as a “dementia-friendly” outing. It offers an opportunity for caregivers and those with memory loss to remain socially engaged with others traveling the same journey.

The Memory Cafe is designed for people with memory loss and their caregivers only; please no professionals.

The program will take place from 2-4 p.m., on Monday, June 10th. Refreshments provided by Baptist Health Lifeline.

For location information and other details, call April at 859-266-5283, Extension 8179.

This program is a collaborative effort of the Alzheimer’s Association and the UK Sanders Brown Center on Aging.
