American Red Cross–Wheels
Lextran’s ADA Paratransit Service, operated in cooperation with the Bluegrass Chapter of the American Red Cross, is a door-to-door public transportation system for disabled citizens of Lexington-Fayette County.

Dedicated to improving the lives of the veteran, elderly, challenged and lower income populations.  Bluegrass Ultra-Transit Service (BUS) is a regional, inter-city,  public and Medicaid transportation service primarily serving Anderson, Boyle, Casey, Franklin, Garrard, Jessamine, Lincoln, Mercer, Scott, Washington and Woodford Counties.
