Tihisha Rawlins is the Associate State Director of Grassroots Initiatives for AARP Kentucky.
She has been with the organization since 2005 and is responsible for building community relations around AARP initiatives with particular emphasis on congressional affairs. She is extremely knowledgeable about, and is responsible for, educating members and the general public about changes in Medicare, Affordable Care Act issues and federal bills important to people over the age of 50.
