What’s the deadline?
Application and payment must be received by March 7, 2014. Remember – the earlier you submit your application, the more exposure you will get.

When do I need to be there?
The doors open at 8 a.m. for setup. Please arrive and be set up by 11 a.m. in the Lexington Convention Center.
Staff the exhibit from 12 noon until the end of the i know expo at 5:00 p.m. Expo volunteers will be on hand to provide short breaks when needed and assist with moving in and out.
What do I need to bring?
Sufficient copies of materials for visitors.
Any audio-visual equipment, extension cords, easels, etc., necessary for your exhibit. We will also provide you with the Lexington Center policies to help you plan your exhibit.
What’s extra?
Electric and internet connections can be provided at additional cost through the Convention Center, which will send you a request form as the expo date approaches. (Click here for link to Convention Center).
Where do I go?
The i know expo is being held in Level 3 of the Lexington Center – the same area as in 2013.
The Center is located in downtown Lexington, at the corner of Broadway and High with entrances off Vine, West High and West Main St. Please enter from the High Street Entrance.
Where do I park?
Lexington Center offers a drop-off and pick-up area on High Street/South Side of Lexington Center. You may park there temporarily while you unload your exhibit from your car and volunteers help you transport your equipment to the exhibit hall. A guard will provide directions and security in the drop off area. During the expo, buses and cars will be allowed to drop-off and pick-up in this area, but no vehicles will be permitted to park there.
During the expo, please park in the High Street lot
Where do I sign in?
You’ll see a registration table right in front of you as you enter. Volunteers in bright green t- shirts will be there to help you with any questions.
Are there tools to help me market this event to my existing customers?
Yes. We see this expo as a partnership. The more visitors we attract, the better it is for all of us. We’ve created easy-to-use promotional materials for you to get the word out to your customers, supporters, family and friends. Send us an email at info@iknowexpo.org with questions.
