AARP Kentucky is sponsoring a health fair, resource center and shredding event on Thursday, Sept. 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Adults 55 and older are invited to visit the North Lexington Family YMCA for its fourth annual event.
The North Lexington family YMCA is located at 381 W. Loudon Avenue, Lexington, KY. 40508.
The event will include:
SilverSneakers® class demonstration;
Flu shots (Medicare card needed);
Memory, stroke, diabetes screenings;
Legal, financial, real estate advisors;
First responders and safety specialists;
Safe and secure shredding services for sensitive personal documents (shredding located outside in parking lot).
